Edradour 21 Years Bordeaux Cask Finish

Aged 21 years and finished in Bordeaux red wine casks, which layer red fruit and gentle tannin onto Edradour's naturally oily, malty body, at 55.7% ABV. Founded in 1825 near Pitlochry in the Scottish Highlands, producing just 90,000 litres a year with a workforce of only three, one of Scotland's smallest surviving distilleries, known for bold experimentation with unusual cask finishes.
