Copperhead Black Batch Gin

Copperhead Black Batch Gin is a darker variation on the original recipe from Belgian gin brand Copperhead, bottled at 42% ABV in 500ml. It starts from Copperhead's five original botanicals – juniper, cardamom, angelica, coriander seeds and orange peel – and adds black Ceylon tea and elderberries from the Sambucus nigra shrub; the brand calls it "the dark side of gin". Copperhead was created by pharmacist-entrepreneur Yvan Vindevogel, whose story begins in the summer of 2013, and the brand is built around an alchemist theme. Copperhead suggests it for cocktails such as the Bramble and the Clover Club.
