VACCARI Sambuca is a classic Italian anise liqueur distilled from star anise and elderflower, clear in colour with a higher-than-average ABV (around 38–42%). Expect an intense liquorice-anise aroma and a sweet, spirited palate. Traditionally served "con la mosca" — with three coffee beans floating on top, symbolising health, wealth and happiness.
