Beefeater Gin

Beefeater, founded in London in 1863 by James Burrough and now under Pernod Ricard, is the only major gin brand still distilled within central London, named after the ceremonial Yeoman Warders ("Beefeaters"). Nine botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation, juniper-forward. Expect citrus, juniper and light angelica root on the nose, a crisp classic palate — the textbook example of London Dry gin.
