Sparkling Rice Wine Blended With White Wine
Chungha is a landmark Korean rice wine brand, launched in 1986, made from triple-polished rice fermented for a month at a low 12–15°C for a clean, mild character. This is the Starlight sparkling expression, with fine bubbles and a blend of white wine at 7% ABV — light and refreshing, and more approachable than traditional rice wine.
Food Pairing
Serve well chilled. The bubbles suit Korean seafood pancake, sashimi, steamed seafood, salads and light desserts — and it makes a good welcome drink.
