ILPUM JINRO
Ilpum Jinro is the house's premium distilled soju: chill-filtered, then aged six months in oak barrels, giving it a rounder, fuller body than ordinary diluted soju, with soft wood character and a long finish. 25% ABV. It has taken the top award in the distilled spirits category at Monde Selection every year since its release.
Food Pairing
Neat or over ice to show the oak-derived roundness; lightly chilled also works. Pairs with Korean grilled beef, ox-bone stews and cured meats. A dignified choice for entertaining or as a gift.
