Lotte Chum Churum Soonhari Apple Flavor Soju
Crisp green apple — sweet but fresh, with a cleaner finish than most of the range. Part of Lotte's Soonhari flavoured line under Chum Churum, at 13% ABV — lighter and easier drinking than standard soju. The base uses Chum Churum's alkaline reduced water for a round, clean mouthfeel.
Food Pairing
Best served ice-cold. The gentle fruit works well with Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki and grilled meats; also good with cheese, fresh fruit, or simply as an aperitif.
